Even if downloaded the playlists multiple times, in the following two days it redownloads my playlists as if I have infinite data.

Thanks for reaching out to the community!

You can turn off downloads on mobile data by going to settings and turning off the "Download using cellular"

(it's a toggle button, grey means off and green means on)

Also try updating the application.

If I do so, I cannot listen music. I tried that option and the musics that I have cannot be listened.

This option is off since I downloaded the spotify.

All the playlists that I have redownload themselves every other day or, everyday.
