Volume controls not working properly

My Question or Issue

When trying to adjust the volume setting while playing some music in the spotify app, the call volume is changing instead of the music volume.

And the steps are not smooth from low to too loud is fine abrubtly .

Please fix this, with other audio apps like Youtube or Poweramp music player only the music volume is changing (very smooth in little steps) and not the Call volume.

Please fix this.

Here's a quick work around, till it's fixed!

Press that down arrow (shown in screenshot) when you change volume, you'll be able to see all volume settings, from here you can drag the media volume slider to increase or decrease as you please.
