SD Card Storage

Hi All

After the recent Andriod update, I can no longer store my music on the SD Card on Samsung Galaxy S8.

The option to do so is available and I am able to select SD storage. It comes up with the option to press Ok. When I go back into the storage option, device storage is still selected.

This issue has only occurred since I did a system update today.

Let's try to set everything up from the beginning. You can do this by doing a reinstallation using these instructions. But before you install the app again, be sure to remove all Offline devices from this page.
