Shuffle play active when not turned on

My Question or Issue

I have downloaded a spotify playlist and even some of my custom playlists are doing it. When i start the playlist i always play in continuous mode never use the shuffle function but lately it started playing in shuffle even if it is turned off and i cant seem to be able to get spotify to play countinuous. Again shuffle is always turned off i checked quite often to be sure.

Hey @Eric117, help's arrived.

That sounds odd. Have you tried a quick reinstall? If that doesn't help, can you give us some more examples on what's happening? Is it only downloaded playlist, saved albums etc.? The more specifics we can get the better.

Let us know your Spotify version after reinstall, and send us screenshots on how the Shuffle button looks when this happens.
