After trying all the various music streaming services, the kids settled on Spotify. I signed up and unfortunately having a serious issue.

Basically search says 'Sorry, something went wrong' on all our phones (android). Acccesing search via web works.

I have a background in tech support. I've unistalled, cleared caches, checked that all the folders were deleted when uninstalled. Reinstalled twice on every phone, same result. Also, Radio and Podcast, have the same issue.

SOLVED: Just thought about checking the family filter running on the router. Think that's the problem. Used a VPN on phone and search worked. I'll contact the family filter site and see whether they have a solution,
