My Question or Issue

For the last two versions, Spotify refuses to remember downloaded playlists. Songs synced from PC are shown as downloaded, but trying to play them marks them as unavailable.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? If that doesn't help, could you let me know the device name, operating system, and app version?

Doesn't help. First thing I tried, OS and device are already given, Spotify version would be the latest two you can get from Playstore

Could you try the reinstallation again but before installing the app in the end, please remove all Offline devices from this page.
