Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. I'd recommend reading this article for more info.

I just went hunting high and low for the track called On Another Level (feat. NF) produced by Tommee Profitt and don't see it available on Spotify at this time. (Hopefully that's the track you're referring to.) I do hope it can be made available in the future for you though.
