Disable behind the lyrics on mobile

How do I get rid of the hideous behind the lyrics pop-up bar on mobile? I don't care about or want it, and it looks awful. I'm using Android on a Samsung Note 8, premium membership, lyrics are already disabled in the songs, as are whatever canvases are. I hate that I have this trash I turned off popping up anyway; this is a terrible way to introduce new features.

It's possible to disable Behind the Lyrics in the settings. This will prevent it from unfolding automatically. It will still be present in a compact state at the bottom of the screen where you can open it if you ever feel like it, or continue ignoring it as if it's not there.
