My Question or Issue

I have downloaded the Spotify app on my brand new LG V30 (already had premium subscription because I have been using it previously on my Nexus 6) and experienced huge battery drain (60-80%) even though I listen to music hour a day. Seems like it's eating battery in background.

Is there any fix that can help (I have already tried deleting the app from all my devices, logging out, cleaning cache and changing password - nothing seems to work) or I should just delete the app and cancel my subscription?

I don't like the perspective of deleting it, but battery drain is just unacceptable.
