Samsung Galaxy S10: Music Stops Playing After Screen Is Locked on Bluetooth

My Question or Issue

My music will stop playing a few seconds after I lock my screen. It seems to only be happening on Bluetooth, as when I disconnect it seems to work just fine and the music does not stop playing. It doesn't matter whether or not the song is downloaded or not, and I have tried suggestions from other similar posts such as turning off battery saver mode, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have this issue with no bluetooth device connected as well.

I noticed on the lock screen if you start and stop on the music controls it will fix itself but its not great if youre in a rush or in a situation you can't reach your phone safely
