How can i see ALL Playlists in Windowes App like in iphone or Andoid app?

In the Android or iPhona App i can see in the Biblothek ALL Songs, Albums and all Playlists. But in trhe weird damned Windows App i couldnt see all Playlists together and i dont mean the list of Playlists on the left Sidebar.

I mean i can See all Songs etc but cant see all Plalists with Pictures ????

I can edit a picture of a playlists but cant see all Playlists together???

And i Cant see the Playlists in the Biblothek Section of Spotify Windows APP?

WHY?
