My Question or Issue

The app always crashes down as soon as I turn on the wifi. I have to open the app and close it again several times before I can use it and then it loads very long as if I would not have a wifi connection. Other apps work and the phone is new.

I've the same problem with my Mate 20 Pro

I thought it was the Bluetooth dropping out but it's not that, it's 100% the Spotify app
