there is the problem that I can no longer control Spotify on the lock screen although the controls are all displayed. The device is a Samsung Galaxy S8 powered by Android 9 and the April 2019 security patch.

The following steps have already been tried:

- Cache of Spotify app emptied
- Spotify app has been reinstalled
- Log out and log in again
- Android system cache deleted
- Android reinstalled
