My Question or Issue

For about a month now my app has been crashing every time I use it. Doesn't matter if I listen to it on my phone or through bluetooth, it crashes sometimes a few seconds to minutes after I open the app. And then the moment I open the app again it starts working for a time before it then crashes again. I figured it was just a bug however it's been happening with my friends Spotify app too 😮 is this a problem a lot of people are having and has anyone figured out how to fix it?

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall? This tends to solve quite a lot of common issues such as the one you're experiencing. Make sure to also clear any stored data on your phone (step 4).

If that doesn't work for you, let us know the exact version of Spotify your phone is running and we'll take a look.
