I have tried every step that shared in this community. Clear both apps data, re-install both apps, using android 8 and 9. The result is nothing works.

I think premium or free is not worth for what we spent, because Spotify can't fix these bugs.

If you can't give any solution, please let me know should I keep using Spotify or throw it away!
