Bluetooth car issue

Hi all, I have a problem with Spotify while I'm using my Note 9 with Bluetooth car. When I connect my phone to car's Bluetooth, I can only listen downloaded tracks because my internet connection stops working and can't find some other tracks (not downloaded tracks). It only happens when I use Spotify while connected to car's Bluetooth. I tried it in 2 different cars and have same problem. It's so frustrating. Thank for future help!

Thanks for posting about this in the Community.

Just to confirm, after connecting Spotify to your car via Bluetooth, can you open and load a regular internet page on your phone? If not, then could you try restarting your phone and reinstalling the app following these steps?

If that doesn't work, let us know the exact Spotify version on your Android and we'll take a closer look 😉

Meanwhile Spotify app gets 2 or 3 update, the issue still there .

We're still wondering if you can open a regular web-page after connecting to your cars Bluetooth.

We'd also like to know what happens if a friend or family member connects to your car with Spotify.

Hi Guido! I can open web page and navigate on browser but can't find song
or navigate on Spotify.
I guess it's not a connection issue.
So stressful issue.
