Missing Spotify in Notifications bar

My Question or Issue

I open Spotify app and play a song. When I leave it to play in background the only way to change a song or pause is to open app again. There is no

'mini player' in Notifications bar and nothing on locked screen. The problem appeared a long time ago, maybe 10-11 months probably after some update. I tried gving every permission to Spotify app. I tried removing every permission and give it again, tried reinstalling the app. Nothing worked for me.

go to settings -> notifications -> spotify

If that's off, turn it on again.

Also check the priority under 'playback' is High.

That's how I fixed it when I had that problem
