My Question or Issue

Download keep switching to device storage after restart.

I already did suggestions like :
1. Delete Cache
2. Uninstall App
3. Remove Offline Devices
4. Install App

I have done this process countless times already and keeps getting same issue.

Do you mind trying to reinstall the app on your phone, this time making sure to follow the steps in this Spotify Answer?

If that doesn't work, could you make sure Spotify has storage permissions? Just go to you phone's setttings, then click through Apps > Spotify > Permissions and toggle the storage option.

If you're still having troubles, we'd recommend checking that your SD card:

is available and accessible
is formatted as portable
isn't encrypted?

If you have a spare SD card to hand, it might be worth trying it to see if the issue persists.
