EQ Wheel not there

Hi,

The EQ Wheel isn't there when I try to adjust the sound settings. Tried rebooting the app, emptying caches, force stopping it, uninstalling and reinstalling but with no avail.

Both the phone and app are up to date on software. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Samsung S10+ 9.0

Do you mean that you can't find the Equaliser within the Spotify settings? Because if it's in your Android settings, it should also be in your Spotify settings. You can also adjust the EQ settings from the Android settings. It will also change the sound of the Spotify app.

Thank you for replying.

Yes it's not there within the Spotify app, the picture I attached was taken directly from the equalizer option within the app [Home > Settings (top right) > Equalizer > Equaliser] .

The only panel I can open is the Custom one (pictured below) and not the basic one with the dials, if that makes sense.
