When are we going to see Ford Sync support for Android?

It technically already works via bluetooth, though it can be pretty buggy at times that's for sure.

Sometimes the track will play on the phone but sound isn't coming from the car, and the latest issue I have is with skipping of tracks like it was a scratched CD.

That last one only started to happen this week, but it also hit my Desktop at roughly the same time...wonder what got "patched".

Yes, it will play through bluetooth, as will any audio player, and yes AVRCP works. I still have to start the program and select what I want to listen to by manipulating the phone, though.

I was excited when I heard that they'd have Sync support by the end of March, but then very disappointed when I found out it was only for iOS. No responses here either.

Guess I'll be trying out Rhapsody.

Spotify on android doesn't work on ford sync/applink; tracks skip to next track every few seconds even when controlled through the phone. +1 on going to rhapsody, apparently spotify only cares about ios users?

Just bumping this wondering if anyone else still has this problem? I can play but can't use any of the car controls to control the app. Really poor thought the app would work like my old deezer one did.
