My Question or Issue

Writing this on behalf of my friend who's having very wierd issue.

Friend just moved to new apartment which has no wifi and she doesn't keep wifi on 'cos not needed. She also haven't used bluetooth, least not yet. She have only used 3.5mm plug in headphones to listen music.

Issue:

The phone have paired with PS4-352 Spotify Connect. Now the phone starts playing music on the PS4 device which she doesn't own, she doesn't even have PSN account. This PS4 is most likely her neighbour's.

How the PS4 owner have manage to pair with androind phone?

How to un-pair the devices?

The three dots on Spotify app on Huawei says "un-pair device" but it doesn't do it. It just pairs it up again...and again and is still pairing and is priority music device to play music. She needs to walk probably half kilometer far from home to disconnect it from some random PS4 account.

You can connect to any PS4 which is on your network. So if your friend is seeing a strange PS4, she's either on another persons network, or another user is on her network.

Your friend will need to secure her network and make sure no PS4 she doesn't own can connect.
