Adroid Interface Different on Family Member's Phone

My husband and I both have Samsung Galaxy S9 phones with the Spotify app. The spotify interface on his phone works very different from mine. When you tap the "library" button on his phone, he is unable to sort by artist, song, etc. See pictures below. Why is his so different from mine?
