Error message on daily mix

My Question or Issue

From a year to this part my daily mixes do not work, there's always an error message. I tried uninstalling app but nothing has changed.

Just to confirm, does this only occur when accessing your account on your Android device?

On another note, from your screenshot, it looks like you're currently on 3G/4G connection.

We'd recommend to give it a try from a different internet connection, for example with a WiFi connection, to see if the issue persists. If it works with another connection, we recommend contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.

It'd be also helpful if you could let us know if this occurs when searching for your Daily Mixes, or when accessing them from Home.
