My Question or Issue

I have that glich for long time. In my playlists I have a large number of offline songs that I added from the desktop application.
On desktop they play fine, but when I download the playlists to my android device (Car Audio), the offline songs (not the songs that I added from the Spotify library) play at double speed. I have tried re-downloading the entire playlist many times, re-install app, restart device etc. but the issue persists. Could it be a problem with the audio encoding? This is a very annoying issue, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
