My Question or Issue

For about a month when I listen to Spotify (Premium) with the car radio (Alfa Romeo Giulietta 5" display) through the bluetooth of the mobile the listening is blocked after 2-3 tracks.

The problem does not occur with offline listening. I reinstalled Spotify, but the problem remains.

To recover the functionality of Spotify I have to restart the phone, so the app is unusable. My phone is a Huawei P9 lite with a Spotify Premium subscription. The phone and car radio software are updated. Up to about a month the app worked perfectly.

How can I solve the problem ?

We're currently investigating an issue where the Bluetooth controller in a car isn't working anymore. Take a look here to see if this is the issue you are experiencing.

For some days the app has started to work properly again without having done any other action. Everything is ok for five days.
