Problems getting local files synced to phone

Hi, so I can't figure out how to get songs I already have on my computer incorporated into my Spotify playlists on my phone. I can do it on the computer, but when I sync the playlist to my phone, the songs from my computer are grayed out, with the message "the track is not available." I've read up on it and apparently if your phone and computer are on the same wireless network, and you have offline mode activated, it should start syncing automatically. (This isn't the case for me.)

I'd really appreciate some input!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Few suggestions:

- Make sure you are logged into the same account on both devices.

- Disable Windows Firewall (or any other security software)

- When starting Spotify, be sure to right click on the desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator"

I have been having the same problems for a while now, it has started after some time I have ot been able to use my computer and the desktop spotify. One day all my offline songs were gone and the devices were not able to be recognized no matter what I did.

On the other hand, I can add a playlist in my device and it is shown on the desktop at thesame time.
