Didn't Get New Android App Update

Device: LG G7 ThinQ

Operating System: Android Oreo

My Question or Issue:

I've read about the newly-designed Spotify app, but I didn't get the update. I'm still on Version 8.5.9.737. The Google Play store does not show anything newer than that available for me. I am a Premium subscriber.

Is this update being rolled out in waves, with different users getting it at different times?

I have the same problem as you, I mean, not a problem. I'm not sure, but the update takes longer to hit certain devices, don't worry, just wait some time, if the problem persists, try and see if anyone can help. In the last major update, my brother got the visual update on his phone, and I got my visual update only like 2 or 3 months after! But after that time, I had my update. Probably has to do with your android's version or soething.
