My Question or Issue

While listening to podcasts the playback is continuously stopping, I have to keep pressing the home button to unlock the screen and it automatically starts playing again.

On the rare occasions when this is not happening the sound still keeps stopping and starting throughout. This has been an ongoing issue for the past week.

This is still happening. It's been about 3 weeks now.

Can someone actually help?

Pfff...i wish.... i can take up to ...ehhhh a long time, specialy since they do not recognize the problem at this moment.
