Given that Google music is about to be folded into Youtube music I was considering getting Spotify premium, but the one feature I cannot do without is the ability to edit Playlist running order on my phone itself.&nbsp;</STRONG></P><P><STRONG>Spotify couldnt do this a while back. Is it now possible? I tried to do it on my Galaxy 9 with my free account, but it wouldn´t work. Is it a premium only thing?
