My Question or Issue

Since last Spotify Update I can't swap my storage place to my SD-card
Only got the "Log out" butten under "Other"
no storage
since I've got 3.3k songs on my SD card it kinda sucks that I now got 0 since there is no place on my phone

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

Keep in mind that the storage option can only appear if your SD Card is available and accessible.

Since you mention you're having troubles seeing it, we'd first recommend making sure of the following:

Your SD card has at least 1GB free space.
Your SD card is available and accessible.
Your SD card is formatted as portable.
Your SD card isn't encrypted.

If you're still having troubles, we'd suggest trying with another SD card.

If another SD card does the trick, it'd be a good idea checking the original SD card for errors. You can find more info on how to do that with your original card based on instructions from your card's manufacturer.

SD card has bout 93 GB free place
is availibe and acessible
should be portable too since all other things are normal

also tried to search for errors but looks all go

I´ll try out another one thanks for this tip 😉
also wrote with the support yesterday so they are looking for options too

Keep us posted on how it goes with a different SD card.

It would be also a good idea double checking that all related storage permissions for Spotify are allowed in your phone's settings.
