Spotify don't show them on available devices....what I have to do? I have tried all tips suggested on Spotify service assistance without solving the (big!) problem. I tried also with Apple air pods and is the same: only Spotify don't recognise them!

Thank you for help!

Hey folks,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

@slushbender, as a first step, we recommend running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If that doesn't do the trick, try logging out from your account, restarting your device, unpairing and pairing your headphones and device again, and logging back in.

If this behavior persists, could you try using the same headphones on another device and let us know how it works?

Lastly, we'd like to know the make, model and OS version of the devices you've tried, along with the Spotify version you're running.

Keep us posted. We'll be on the lookout.
