which android smart watches support Spotify offline directly from the watch?

Just looking for a an android watch that ables to download playlists direct on to watch so I can use it away from my phone e.g. when im at the gym so I can leave my phone at home and just use my watch to listen to an offline downloaded playlist.

my other halfs father gave me his gear 2 which just acts as a remote for spotify on my phone and my other half gave me her michael kors smart watch which lets you download an app on the watch but yet again just a remote.

So which watches actually work independently with spotify playlist downloads

You can then filter them to view the models that require Premium. This way, you can double check the available models that you can use to listen to downloaded content from.
