Download for offline settings. Android app on Chromebook

I am in the US and have the Premium plan. I just installed the android app onto my Chromebook (HP 360X 14) and was wondering how change the settings so nothing downloads for offline onto the chromebook. I still would like to be able to go on my phone (Galaxy s10) and be able to download all the songs that I liked on the Chromebook at a later point. I am trying to conserve memory on the Chromebook and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please check the Manage your offline devices section in this article for more info on how to prevent songs being downloaded on one device, while being able to download them on another.
