[BUG] Sound problem after receiving a notification from Facebook

Android 9.0 (EMUI 9), I also encountered the issue on Android 8.1 ( EMUI 8.1 )

My Issue

I have a problem with the sound after I receive a notification from Facebook, everytime a notification comes, the Spotify sound is dimmed(this is normal), and after, the sound remains low and bad, sunk. And I have to close Spotify and reopen it everytime for the sound to come back to normal. I had this problem for 7-8 months, on Android 8.1 and also on Android 9.0 now. Not sure if the issue is from Spotify or the Facebook notification sound. This happend with notifications from other apps as well but can't tell exactly which one cause I wasn't really paying attention, but Facebook for sure cause I receive 2-3 notifications a day and everytime this is happening. I have Spotify update to date, Android is official version ( No root ), I have the issue since I bought the phone, 8 months.

Want to also mention that for example if I receive a notification from Gmail or WhatsApp, the issue is not happening.
