Synchronizing Error

Hi there,

I own a Samsung Galaxy S3 Phone and a Premium Account..

A few weeks ago, the App stopped ynchronizing the playlists I wandet to hear offline.

When starting to download a playlist, i get the error

Error with snchonizing

(Fehler beim synchronisieren)

Unknown Error

(Unbekannter Fehler).

I uninstalled the App and reinstalled it, than started to download the playlists again.

It worked fine for lots of songs, but then the same error appeared again.

I have 6,31 GB in the Mobile-Storage free, and 19 GB at the SD-Card.

Can anyone help me please ?

How many devices are linked to your account that have offline tracks stored on them? You can only have offline tracks on 3 devices, also you can only have 3,333 offline tracks per device.

Hello,

I seems to be the Tracklimit. After deletin 500 Tracks the rest starts to work.
