My Question or Issue

Hi,

Since I have a new phone the feature Autoplay won't work anymore. I've switched it off and on a few times. But this makes no difference.

With my previous phone, I used this option all the time. So I hope this problem can be fixed.

Hey @Overhoop,

Thanks for reaching out. AutoPlay has a toggle inside Spotify's Android client settings. Can you check if it's on? You can locate the setting after scrolling a bit under Playback settings.

Thanks for your answer. I noticed the toggle allready, tried to switch it off and on again. But this has no effect.

The strange thing is that the autoplay sometimes does work. But most of the time it doesnt. As for today it was working like 10% of the time. But the app is not consistent in deciding when to start autoplay and when don't, while the toggle was switched on the whole day long.
