Local Files won't download in mobile apps

I am having difficulty to download my local files on my mobile apps. I tried the solutions provided on the community, but none of them works for me.

I have all my local files (not much, around 7 songs) added to a new playlist via my desktop, then using my phone to download the songs. However, the songs just won't download in my mobile apps. I make sure that both my desktop and mobile are on the same internet network, all files are mp3, account is not on a private/offline setting. Can I know is there any others solutions or explanations on how can I successfully download my local files into my Spotify mobile?
