Sleeptimer not working (Android)

Hi,

I discovered there is a Sleeptimer in the Android App. But for me, it simply doesn't work. I set it to 30mins while listening to an Audiobook through my Spotify Connect Speaker (JBL Playlist). After a few minutes, I checked again and it said 23mins remaining, so far so good. But it did not stop playback after the 30mins had elapsed.

I have this problem too and because i can't find a lot of posts about this i fear it's not top priority...

I'm having the same problem on Pixel 3, but only with podcasts. Songs seem to work fine with the timer, but podcasts and I'm assuming audio books will not stop when the sleep timer runs out. This is the only issue/thread I've found on it so I don't assume it's going to be addressed any time soon 😕
