Local File to android audio playback bug

My Question or Issue
When I transfer a local file from my PC to a downloaded playlist that's on my phone it trafers perfectly fine, and is available to play offline. However when I play it, it sounds if it corrupted. However, the file is fine and works on my friends phone, and I've tried several other files too.. I've attached a video the explain the issue, audio is required.

Pretty sure It's my phone, but wanted to make sure it wasn't an easy fix before I buy a new one 😕

i have the exact same problem it doesn't matter wich song is it that i import from local files my phone plays it like the video you provided, did someone find a saloution or is this a dead end?
