App doesn't start or crashes after some time

The app doesn't start at all. It shows the the logo from spotify an freezes. When the app ist started after a couple of minutes I can't search music or start the latest song. I deleted the app and reinstall several times. App and android is on the newest updates. Phone and other apps run perfectly as they should. Please help

Please do the following in your device's Settings: Go to Settings>Apps>Spotify>Storage>Clear data.

I have the same problems. It started slowly with small problems like not being able to skip when screen is locked. But now, since the last update I think, I can't use Spotify anymore. It takes minutes to start, always shows me I am not connected to the internet (although I am - tried WiFi and LTE), if I am very lucky, a song starts but stops after some seconds.... List could be continued. I also tried reinstalling, deleting cache/data, lock out on all devices etc.

When will you fix it? I am paying for premium and getting nothing...
