Solution for Spotify on Tablets (Landscape Mode)

Hi All,

There is a way of using the official Spotify application and forcing it to landscape. I came across and application today called GMD Smart Rotate, and it has the ability to force all applications to landscape. It comes in a free and pro version (£1.24), but both have the ability to force landscape mode.

Thanks for pointing this out. Finally I have Spotify in landscape mode.

Your suggested app is little too complex for what I require (face recognition for auto-rotation and so). I use Smart Rotator which practically does the same thing without all the bells. Anyway, thanks to your tip I now have Spotify in Landscape mode on my docked Nexus7.

Shame on Spotify this is still not a standard feature.

These apps get around the problem of "tablet in dock" but the devs still need to come up with a proper tablet version which makes good use of the extra screen space.
