&lt;P&gt;We'd first recommend trying a clean reinstallation of the app following the steps for your device in &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this Spotify Answer&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It'd be also a good idea checking if the issue persists if you close any apps running in the background and open only Spotify.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Further, does this happen in a certain internet connection?&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it works with another connection, we recommend contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're still having troubles, it'd be also helpful if you could share a screenrecording of what's happening so we can take a closer look. Just make sure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed when posting in the Community.&lt;/P&gt;
