[Android 10] Audio doesn't comply with system audio balancing.

I've set up audio balancing in my system accessibility settings because my AirPods are louder in the left. All other apps work fine, but Spotify refuses to play with the audio balancing that I've set up.

It may have something to do with the fact that audio balancing is a new feature in Android 10, and they haven't updated it to be compatible.

Just ran into this today as well - I didn't realize this was a new feature of Android 10. Audio balancing appears to work for other apps (like YouTube), but Spotify seems to ignore the Accessibility settings entirely. Here's hoping they add in audio balance support soon!
