Sound cuts off randomly even for Offline Music

My Question or Issue

Sound gets cut off randomly, even when playing music in Offline Mode. I've tried and deleting cache to see if that helps, but issue persists. Music gets cut off only in the Spotify App. If I use any other app, music is continous. What can I do to resolve this issue? This issue has been occurring for months now.

I've even gone ahead and turned off all app notifications to see if that would help, but nothing.

The help is much appreciated.
