Gift Card Payment Issues

I can not use the activation code from the gift card. I bought one card about a week ago and decided to use it yesterday. I get an error when entering the code. I thought something was wrong with the card and bought a new one, but the problem repeated. All cards have been activated and the codes were entered correctly.
I decided to give one of the cards to my friend, and she had NO PROBLEMS with activation.
She went to my account from her phone to enter the code from the card. But the problem repeated

I'd recommend you to check out this article - it has some tips what to try if your gift card is not working.

After checking it, you can try to redeem the card in an Incognito Window.
