Have you tried logging out then in?

There were a few issues, which have now been fixed.

I am having exactly the same issue! It is rather annoying as I upgraded for use tonight at the gym but no such luck.

im having the same...logged out and in and it stil says no premium...this is after the fix fyi..please help.

The issues are still with us but being worked on. Hopefully won't be too long.

Hey there folks!

There was some issues with Spotify servers, all is now fixed for you.

Just drink another cup of tea and after that try to relogin.

If still problems, give another try of reinstall!

it's not working. can't listen to it on my iphone and still have commercial on the computer. And when I try to write the code again it says that it's already being used.
