Local Files Not Playing On Shuffle

My Question or Issue

So I've got a playlist of local files. On my phone, some are fine while others are greyed out. When I put Spotify on shuffle, it will only play the songs that aren't greyed out. However, when I click on one of the greyed out songs, I'm still able to play it without any problems. I tried to remake the playlist again, but the same issue occurs.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

Let us know if this issue persists once you've performed a clean reinstall on the affected device. We recommend this step since it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and remove any corrupted files from previous installations.

If that doesn't fix things, it's a good idea to remove all playlists with imported files and start the whole process from scratch using the instructions in this guide.
