Spotify not seeing audiocast device

I was using spotify with Audiocast without issues until recently spotify stopped seeing Audiocast device. Audiocast is connected to same wifi as spotify but it is not working. Tried different phones, reinstalled spotify but same issue

Hi there, could you try restarting both devices and reconnecting both to the wifi network?

Done this multiple times. Sometimes Spotify sees the device but is not able to connect. It shows "connecting..." for long time ,and after that device is no longer seen in Spotify. I dont have problems playing music on this device from other applications, so it looks like the issue with Spotify. I found that there is also ongoing issue with Chromocast, so I am wondering if this is not related...
