My Question or Issue

Cuando intento descargar una lista de reproducción con archivos locales (añadida desde el pc) en mi movil, se queda "esperando para descargar" indefinidamente.

He visto ya varios topicos sobre esto que se resuelven desactivando el firewall o con un hotspot del telefono, pero ninguna de esas opciones me ha funcionado a mi. También he probado a reinstalar las apps y tampoco
