My Question or Issue

Hello I have a problem, The volume even at the maximum is very small
on Spotify, as if I had put 20%, it was back to normal this morning (and I did not touch anything on the phone) but the problem reappeared 1 hour later! It's been 2 days that I have this problem ... It worked very well before. And it only does to me with Spotify...

Hey! Sorry to hear you're having issues!

First thing I think you might want to try is a quick uninstall and reinstall of the app, that can usually solve a lot of issues like this!

If that doesn't work, I think the volume normalizer may be causing this issue here. Head over to the preferences menu (Edit > Preferences), scroll down to the "Playback" tab and uncheck "Set the same volume level for all tracks". You might get an increase in volume for some tracks.
